Associated to the rescue! My twenty-year-old HVAC system died leaving me out in the cold! They came the following day, diagnosed the problem, and provided an estimate for a new system. He easily quoted the best price of all three competitors. Now, I'm warm and comfy 'cause it's hard to stop a Trane! Associated was there when I needed them. Great people, professional service, and quick installation. Associated is simply the best!

"Our air conditioning quit working the first of May and after a call to Associated, a representative came to our house the next day to assess the problem. Within a day I had a fair estimate and authorized the replacement of the unit. In a week they had a new unit installed and our house is cool and the unit is working great. I appreciate the great work these guys did. I would recommend them to anyone in need of air or heat work."

The service technicians "were courteous and explained exactly how long it would take to install the unit.

The technicians would periodically check in with her to let her know exactly what they were doing and how long the installation would take.

When they finished they came in and explained how to use the thermostat and answered questions.

We are very pleased with the experience from Associated Heating and Air Conditioning and would use them again!"

For all the people who were involved with the attempt to repair my old heat pump and the installation of my new heat pump. The receptionist was very friendly, patient, and helpful on the phone. The servicemen patiently tried to fix the old one. Most of our thanks goes to the installation crew who came out to take out the old and put in the new heat pump. They were very knowledgeable and efficient in their job.

This is a great company that definitely puts its customers first! I recently had a heat pump installed by Associated and due to the size of my attic space, the installation guys ran into some issues with getting the new air handler in place. They worked very hard to fix the problem to insure they would get the unit installed in one day even though they had to do a lot of extra work. They also made sure to clean up after they were finished working which was very nice. If you're needing a new unit I would strongly recommend Associated Heating and Air! Like I've already said, they provide great customer service and are very reasonably priced compared to other heating and air companies!
